Hotel requests

A request is not a booking. A booking exists only when our manager confirms it with the hotel and gives you the hotel's booking number. Until then nothing is guaranteed and no money is taken.

Payment

In the pilot you pay at the hotel. If card payment is offered, the money is taken only after the hotel holds the room for you, and refunds follow the hotel's cancellation rules shown before you pay.
