What we keep

Your email (to sign in with a code), your name if you give it, your hotel requests and your chat with our team. Payments are made on the page of our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

Why

To confirm your bookings with hotels, to answer you in the chat and to keep a record of every booking step.

Who sees it

Our managers, and the hotel you ask for: it receives your name, dates and number of guests. Questions to the guide and the translator are processed on our own servers.
